Which bag size should I choose?
Choose 2 US dry qt for a small repot, 4 qt for an everyday bag, or 8 qt for a larger project. Check how much fresh mix your pot needs before ordering. All three mix families have the same size options and bag prices.
When will the first batch be ready?
The first batch is expected ready by January 1, 2027. This is a production estimate, not a delivery date. If timing changes, Evergreen will contact paid preorder customers with an updated estimate and a choice to continue or receive a full refund.
What ingredients are in the mixes?
The collection is in production and the recipes are being perfected. Final ingredients and plant-specific directions will be shared before fulfillment. Packaging shown here is a concept.
How does presale payment work?
A preorder covers at least one full bag: 2 qt is $14.99, 4 qt is $21.99, and 8 qt is $32.99. It is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Online checkout opens once payment setup is complete. Nothing is charged simply by choosing a mix or size.
Can I cancel for a refund?
Yes. A soil preorder can be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment. If Evergreen cannot supply your order, you will receive a full refund. The 72-hour appointment policy applies to Bloom visits, not soil preorders.
Are tax and delivery included?
Bag prices exclude applicable tax and delivery charges, which are shown before payment. Delivery or local pickup arrangements will be confirmed at checkout. Local pickup, if offered, is by appointment.
Can I stock Evergreen in my plant shop?
Yes, you can ask about the partner program. Wholesale availability, minimum quantities and pricing will be confirmed separately. Retail presale pricing is not a wholesale quote.
