Privacy policy
Evergreen House Plant Care is a small, local business run by Jaci Brumble, M.S. Horticulture in Nokomis, Florida. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information you share here.
What we collect
- Booking form: your name, phone, email, city, and anything you write or upload about your plants. Used only to respond to your request and provide the service.
- Email list: your email address, which free guide you signed up for, and whether our emails get opened. Used to send you the guide and occasional plant-care notes.
- This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
Visitor statistics
We count page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we can see which plant questions people actually need answered. It sets no cookies, stores no identifiers, and cannot follow you to any other website.
HubSpot
This site also uses HubSpot, the system we run our customer records in. HubSpot sets cookies so that if you contact us, we can see which pages you looked at and answer you better; until you contact us, that activity is anonymous to us. We use it to serve you, not to advertise to you: no ad trackers, and your information is never sold or rented to anyone. Block cookies in your browser and the site works exactly the same. HubSpot stores this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
- You only get emails you asked for. Expect one or two a month at most.
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works instantly, no questions asked.
- Our list is hosted with Kit (kit.com), which stores your address on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
Photos you send
Plant photos you submit are used to diagnose your plant. We will not publish them anywhere without asking you first.
