Every review of Evergreen House Plant Care is written by the customer on our Google Business Profile, where it is dated, attributed, and impossible for us to edit. That is the only kind worth reading, so that is where ours are.

If Jaci has been out to your house, or talked you through a plant over video, a few sentences on Google is the single most useful thing you can do for a one-person business. It is also the only kind of review this site shows, because it stays in your name and out of ours.
- Which plant it was, and what was wrong with it.
- What changed afterwards, even if the honest answer is "not much yet".
- The town you are in, which is how neighbors find a local business at all.
The link opens Google’s own review box, which needs a Google account to post. If you are on a computer and signed in on your phone instead, copy the link and open it there.
Send a before and after
If a plant of yours has come back, whether after a visit, a repot, or just a change you made on your own, Jaci would like to see it. Canopy and Grove members especially: the plants we work on month after month make the clearest before-and-afters there are.
- A photo from before, if you have one, and one from now.
- What the plant is, and roughly how long sat between the two.
- A sentence about what changed. That is genuinely enough.
The email opens with two questions already in it: whether we may publish the photos, and what name you would like on them. Nothing goes on the site until you have answered yes. See the privacy policy. Prefer not to be on the site at all? Send them anyway. Jaci likes seeing them.
